 | 1. Position of hands: on both sides of the device:
Take the smooth metallic frame of device with 5 fingers of one hand and place the tips of fingers of the other hand on the apexes of 3 groups of healing bio-contacts. Remain in this position for 3-5 minutes without taking fingers away from bio-contacts. |

Take the metallic frame of device with one hand. Apply 3 groups of healing bio-contacts tightly to the point "Nei-Guan" on the pulse area (3 cm higher than transverse line of wrist) for 3-5 minutes |
